"Good place to kill your afternoon time. Using good coffee machine but the beans are average. Latte art is average as well. Snow flake is great and is very soft. Flakes produced from liquid that crystalized under the roller machine and break into flakes. Quite unique"

"There were 6 of us. Most of the tables were occupied but mostly customers put own belongings. The only empty table can only seat 3 person. We requested for another 3 chairs from the staff but they just replied no more extra chairs without making an arrangement with other customers. Most of the 4pax tablea were seated 2 pax only and the extra chairs were used to put bags. Hopefully the staff can be given proper training to serve the customers better."

"We ordered a Brown Almond Milk Bingsu and Earl Grey Biscoff to share. Taste good and the cutleries were pretty. Small area, the tables were tiny, but good enough for a quick dessert. Toilet is shared with the hotel and Gam Tong restaurant next door. Cleanliness can be improved and the light above the sink still flickers since the last time we visited several months ago. Recommended for the bingsu, even the taro balls and paste were tasty too."

"Had the green tea Bingsu. It was so light and airy, as it was the finest shaved ice I’ve ever had! The portion was much smaller than expected though."

"Tried the chai tea bingsu at Brown Café Gaya Street and it was delicious! The texture was so fine and fluffy, it melted instantly in the mouth. The chai flavor was unique really comforting, yet refreshing at the same time. It came beautifully presented with a generous amount of toppings like crushed nuts, and extra sides like chewy pearls and jelly. Everything paired so well together! The café itself had a cozy and stylish vibe, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely a must-try dessert spot if you’re around Gaya Street and looking for something sweet and cooling!"

"2nd time coming here. The bingsu is soft and the toppings are decent. The Earl Grey Biscoff tasted great, would recommend it. So was the pearl in their milk tea! However the 1st time I went there-sometime in the first week of March-it was fairly empty and some random guy came in and started haggling and begging for money persistently from us. Took the staff over 3 minutes to intervene and escort him outside? Like how uncomfortable do we have to look until you will take actions lol. But thankfully the 2nd time I went there, the place was full and it didn't happen again."

"You can get both good coffee and bingsu in 1 place. Easy to find this cafe. They have good selection of drinks too. Overall good place to catch up with friends."
